The guiding mission is to establish a world‐class boutique AI consulting and services firm. Brought together with a set of industry‐focused offerings (Retail/FMCG; Manufacturing/Logistics and Financial Services/Insurance), dedicated partnerships with big tech companies, and a network of AI start‐ups.

As a business analyst, you will lead client‐facing discovery, requirements gathering, and delivery support across a variety of AI/GenAI, data, and digital or operational projects. Your focus will be on embedding AI and data‐driven thinking where it genuinely adds value to client outcomes. You will translate complex business needs into implementable solutions, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, data scientists and ML engineers. This role requires a blend of analytical, technical, and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‐to‐end discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, current‐state mapping, pain‐point analysis and prioritisation.
  • Define and manage requirements such as epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability and change control.
  • Analyse business processes, define target operating procedures, support product and configuration decisions, and drive UAT planning and execution.
  • Frame use‐cases, document decision workflows, define measurable outcomes and KPIs, and capture comprehensive data requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure requirements align with architecture constraints, integration patterns, security and compliance.
  • Support delivery ceremonies (Agile/Scrum or hybrid), manage RAID logs, track dependencies, and provide status reporting to leadership.
  • Produce high‐quality client deliverables, including project plans, roadmaps, user journey maps, process flows, data/process definitions and executive summaries.
  • Contribute to consulting excellence through reusable templates, playbooks, lessons learned, pre‐sales support, and by supporting communities of practice and centres of excellence in AI, Data, Architecture and Integration.

About the Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree (2:1 or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics or a related field (or equivalent experience) is essential.
  • Master's degree (e.g., MSc Data/Analytics, MSc Information Systems) and relevant certifications (Scrum, AWS/Azure) are advantageous.
  • 1-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst (or Product/Delivery Analyst) in consulting or complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong requirements engineering skills, including facilitation of workshops, conflict resolution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Solid understanding of data concepts (entities, metrics, lineage, data quality and reporting) and ability to clearly express data needs to technical teams.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams (architects, engineers, data professionals) and translating between business and technology requirements.
  • Practical delivery experience with Agile methodologies, including user story creation, backlog refinement, UAT support and clear documentation.
  • Excellent written communication skills, producing structured, concise and executive‐friendly documentation.
  • Additional strengths include experience supporting AI/ML or GenAI initiatives, familiarity with analytics/BI and experimentation concepts, exposure to large enterprise operating models and use of architecture/data modelling notations and tools (BPMN, UML, C4, Jira, Confluence, Miro).
