As a Paid Media Executive at Threepipe Reply, you will play an integral role in supporting the delivery and optimisation of paid search and social campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll help ensure campaigns run smoothly, assist team members, and begin building your own expertise in digital media. You will benefit from a comprehensive training and development programme, providing hands‑on experience, expert mentorship, and the resources needed to build confidence and independence in the role. Over time, you'll take on greater responsibility, develop autonomy, and gain pride and ownership in your contributions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the setup, optimisation, and reporting of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns to achieve strong client results.
  • Assist with daily campaign management, monitoring performance, pacing, and budgets to ensure campaigns run efficiently.
  • Accurately set up campaigns, adhering to naming conventions and ensuring correct tracking and analytics are in place.
  • Help optimise campaigns by testing new strategies, analysing results, and identifying areas for performance improvement.
  • Troubleshoot tracking and setup issues to ensure campaigns deliver as planned and meet client objectives.
  • Contribute to A/B testing initiatives and performance reporting, preparing insights in Excel and reviewing live dashboards for Account Managers and Directors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging features, sharing relevant ideas and insights with the team.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills, and actively contribute to internal projects and team strategy discussions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (2.1 or higher), ideally in science, business or marketing, or part of an agency internship programme.
  • Demonstrates a genuine curiosity and willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with a good grasp of Excel, able to interpret data sets and identify meaningful insights for performance improvement.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Highly organised and efficient, capable of prioritising workload and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Professional, considerate, and able to demonstrate tact and diplomacy in team and client interactions.
  • Enjoys analysing data, spotting trends, and applying a logical approach to troubleshooting and process improvement.
  • Experience with AI/LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) or awareness of digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok is advantageous.
