We are recruiting software engineers for our London office, focused on building innovative AWS‑based solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to understand their problems and collaboratively create technical designs.
  • Develop and deploy solutions in an AWS‑based environment as part of a small team with minimal supervision.
  • Write, amend, refactor, and document code to build moderately complex programs, components, or scripts using agreed modelling techniques, standards, patterns, and tools.
  • Analyse a client's organisation, operation, and requirements to produce recommendations, technical design documents, and time/cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with other digital disciplines to understand user needs and apply software development and security standards and processes as required.
  • Support the general delivery process on projects, including remote and on‑site support activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (2.1 or higher) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of software languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, or Terraform HCL, and frameworks like Express.js, React, Vue.js, Spring Boot, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Strong interest in serverless computing and cloud‑based solutions built using AWS native services.
  • Interest in developing generative AI solutions for customers.
  • Flexibility to travel for business and to work across different projects.

We have offices in London and Manchester and opened an Edge Computing Lab in London last year.
