This London‑based role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact through proactive organisation and excellent communication skills while supporting the CEO and COO with diary and inbox management, travel coordination, expense handling, and meeting scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Provide full diary and inbox management for the CEO and COO, ensuring schedules are prioritised, efficient, and conflict‑free.
- Act as the first point of contact for executives, managing queries from internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Proactively complete tasks and follow instructions from executives in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, liaising with key stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure executives are well‑prepared for meetings by providing relevant materials, agendas and briefings.
- Manage expenses in line with company processes and arrange all travel, including trains, flights and accommodation.
- Support the organisation and delivery of large partner meetings and events.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team, including other EAs, to provide seamless support.
- Assist with ad‑hoc tasks and responsibilities as required by the CEO, COO or the executive team.
