Role Overview: As a Delivery Consultant, you will support the successful delivery of complex consulting engagements across enterprise clients. You will contribute to initiatives within resilience, infrastructure, and cloud programmes, with exposure to Operational/Technology Resilience or IT Security remediation. The role focuses on delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and effective programme coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, mobilisation, and delivery of workstreams within consulting engagements
  • Manage programme governance, including status reporting, RAID management, and coordination of steering and working groups
  • Act as a central point of coordination across client stakeholders, consulting teams, and technical SMEs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business, technology, and risk functions
  • Proactively identify and manage delivery risks and issues, driving resolution
  • Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and dependencies
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder forums
  • Support the creation of high-quality client deliverables and ensure delivery remains aligned to programme objectives

About the Candidate:

  • 3-5 years' experience in consulting delivery roles, programme/project management, and Operational Resilience programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage delivery in complex environments (e.g., Financial Services, Public Sector, large enterprises)
  • Strong delivery management capability, including planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Experience working in or alongside technology-driven programmes (infrastructure, cloud, or security)
  • Ability to confidently engage with technical stakeholders (architects, engineers) without needing to be hands-on
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Subject matter experience in resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, cloud transformation, infrastructure change, or cyber/data security, along with familiarity with AWS or Microsoft Azure, would be beneficial
  • Exposure to regulated environments (particularly Financial Services), understanding of risk, controls and governance frameworks, and experience with delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches would be advantageous
