In this role you will lead ideation and deliverables across video, motion, photography and graphic design to support adoption of Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace tools for FTSE 250 clients. You will collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to translate business needs into engaging concepts aligned with client brands and objectives. You will plan and produce launch videos, posters, banners and how-to content, while mentoring best practices across teams. This position offers a chance to shape campaigns and contribute to digital transformation through visual storytelling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate within a multi-capability team to drive adoption of Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, including Microsoft Copilot.
- Develop and design creative internal campaigns supporting clients adopting Microsoft tools and modern ways of working.
- Lead and participate in creative ideation workshops, translating client requirements and context into distinctive campaigns.
- Design visual assets (posters, top-tip cards, email banners) using Adobe Creative Suite aligned to client branding.
- Plan, film and direct small-scale video shoots and interviews on client sites using in-house equipment.
- Edit launch and instructional videos with colour grading and audio refinement to support campaign objectives.
- Capture, light and shoot photography to support campaigns and marketing materials.
- Contribute to internal marketing content and share best practices with other designers and teams across the organisation.
Key requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar in-house or agency role.
- Client-facing environment experience and ability to build trusted relationships.
- Facilitation of customer engagement workshops and requirement gathering.
- Strong eye for composition, pacing, colour and visual storytelling with attention to brand consistency.
- Hands-on video production experience including camera operation, lighting, audio capture, editing and colour grading.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Highly organized, effective communicator, capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and interest in modern workplace technologies, with willingness to upskill.
