Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain IAM solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Implement identity federation, directory services, and identity governance solutions.
  • Monitor and respond to identity-related security incidents and threats.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and Zero Trust principles.
  • Automate IAM processes to improve efficiency and security.
  • Conduct regular access reviews to ensure appropriate access controls are in place.
  • Perform audits to maintain compliance and strengthen identity security controls.

Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (e.g. Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity) would be advantageous.
  • Understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and Kerberos would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with cloud IAM solutions (e.g. AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM) would be advantageous.
  • Exposure to IAM concepts, including identity governance, authentication, authorisation, and secure access practices would be beneficial.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of IT and security concepts, with an interest in cybersecurity and identity technologies.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) would be advantageous.
