Role Overview
As an AI Innovation Builder, you will help transform how the team at Reply UK delivers its activities by turning ideas into practical, AI-driven solutions. You will work across technology, experimentation, and execution, contributing to internal tools, AI-powered workflows, events, and content initiatives. Operating within a small, versatile team, you will take a flexible, hands‑on approach, supporting a wide range of activities from building.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve internal tools, applications, and AI-powered solutions
- Develop AI-native workflows using agentic approaches and modern AI ecosystems
- Work with MCP tools and emerging AI technologies to deliver innovative capabilities
- Design and develop solutions end-to‑end, from concept through to working product
- Create prototypes, accelerators, and new capabilities to support team innovation
- Explore new tools and technologies, assessing their value and applicability
- Support the transformation of manual activities into AI-enabled processes
- Contribute to content creation and communication initiatives where required
- Support the organisation and delivery of internal and external events, while helping the team adopt new ways of working
Candidate
- Relevant educational background or equivalent practical experience, with a strong builder mindset and hands‑on approach to problem solving
- Comfortable working across multiple layers of a solution, rather than specialising in a single area
- Experience with modern front‑end technologies and interest in AI-native development approaches
- Familiarity with agentic systems, MCP tools, and the broader AI ecosystem
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and operate effectively in fast‑changing environments
- Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to contribute across a wide range of activities based on team priorities
- Ability to design and build solutions that are both functional and well‑presented, with attention to usability
- Comfortable using modern design and productivity tools where required
- Experience building internal tools or digital products, as well as automation and orchestration frameworks would be advantageous
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma), experimentation with AI platforms, and experience with side projects or prototypes would be beneficial
