Glue Reply is the outcome-focused Architecture specialist within the Reply Group. Through services encompassing Business Change/Transformation, Strategy & Architecture, Data exploitation and Integration, Glue Reply is able to help its clients succeed by turning strategy into tangible solutions and vision into practical outcomes. Glue Reply diagnoses the challenges and advises on the way to make real impact - enabling its clients to deliver.

As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to drive process improvement and organisational change from concept through to implementation. Working at the intersection of people, process, and technology, you will lead business process enhancements, conduct detailed analysis, define requirements, and oversee testing, training, and business readiness to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives. You will own the people side of change, planning and executing change management strategies in line with client methodologies and governance, leveraging frameworks such as ADKAR to build awareness, foster adoption, and embed sustainable change. Combining consultancy expertise with innovative digital thinking, you will shape initiatives that enhance customer experience, increase operational efficiency, and deliver measurable value, while supporting the growth of Glue Reply through thought leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse, and document current business processes, systems, and data flows ('as is'), and collaborate with stakeholders to design and challenge improved future-state ('to be') processes and technology solutions.
  • Gather, define, and prioritise business and system requirements through workshops, interviews, and user insights, ensuring alignment with business drivers and clear traceability to project objectives.
  • Lead and manage system and business acceptance testing, including developing test scripts, coordinating testing activities, documenting outcomes, and working with technical teams and suppliers to resolve defects.
  • Plan, develop, and deliver training materials and user guides, facilitating user adoption through effective training sessions and smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.
  • Own the delivery of change management within projects by developing and implementing change strategies focused on technology adoption, including stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and impact analysis using structured methodologies such as ADKAR.
  • Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and technical teams to manage project scope, timelines, and benefits realisation, ensuring efficient delivery within client projects and change management governance framework.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders at all levels, tailoring communication and engagement approaches to address operational pain points and foster commitment to change initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by integrating industry best practices, updating business change processes, and supporting organisational maturity in managing technology-driven transformation projects.

About the candidate

  • You have completed a Bachelor's degree (2.1 or higher) in Computer Science or in a Technology-related or Business, Management-related field.
  • You can demonstrate a solid understanding of business analysis, requirements gathering, and managing end-to-end change in technology-driven initiatives.
  • You have hands-on experience applying change management methodologies such as ADKAR to support successful adoption of new technology solutions.
  • You are comfortable working with project managers, product owners, technical teams, and third-party suppliers to define scope, manage priorities, and deliver against agreed outcomes.
  • You have proven ability to lead testing and training activities, ensuring smooth implementation and user readiness for new systems and processes.
  • You excel at building strong relationships and quickly developing rapport with key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, using clear and effective communication skills.
  • You have experience working within Agile or PRINCE2 frameworks and can deliver workstreams autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • You are accountable, solution-oriented, and able to work calmly under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • You bring a customer-focused mindset with commercial awareness, consistently aiming to deliver measurable value through technology transformation.
