  • Conduct current-state assessments of infrastructure and organisational resilience capabilities
  • Define and deliver resilience uplift programmes, including roadmap development and prioritisation
  • Provide expertise in infrastructure resilience controls, cloud resilience design (AWS/Azure), and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR)
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with client teams across technology, operations, and business functions
  • Analyse complex environments across technology, processes, and people, translating findings into clear recommendations
  • Produce high-quality deliverables, communicate with senior and regulatory stakeholders, and support sales, proposals, and thought leadership

About the Candidate:

  • Strong consulting mindset with experience delivering in client-facing roles
  • Recognised expertise in enterprise, operational, or infrastructure resilience
  • Proven experience assessing and improving resilience controls across infrastructure environments
  • Hands-on experience with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks, testing, and execution
  • Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), including resilience design considerations, and enterprise backup and recovery toolsets
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture and/or business process design within infrastructure or hosting domains
  • Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous problems, work across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, and translate technical detail into business-focused insights, supported by strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience within Financial Services, including Operational Resilience programmes, Important Business Services (IBS), Impact Tolerances (ITOL), and regulatory engagement, as well as prior experience in a consultancy or advisory firm, would be beneficial
  • AWS certification or demonstrable deep platform knowledge, along with working knowledge of networking fundamentals, incident management frameworks (e.g. ITIL), and observability and monitoring tooling, would be advantageous
