Job Reply specialises in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. As a network of highly specialised companies, Reply defines and develops business models enabled by the new models of AI, big data, cloud computing, digital media and the internet of things. Reply delivers consulting, system integration and digital services to organisations across the telecom and media; industry and services; banking and insurance; and public sectors.
Role Overview
Reply’s Sourcing Team manages third party contracts for delivery services suppliers for more than 20 businesses within the Reply company network. This role will have responsibility to deliver services across the following key areas:
- Contract Management: Upholding corporate policies on freelancer hiring, supplier evaluation and contracts management, as well as maintaining external corporate brand standards.
- Supplier Evaluation: Reviewing and evaluating prospective relationships and contract agreements with third party suppliers; including freelancers, external consulting businesses, recruitment agencies etc.
- Sourcing Business Partner: Building strong working relationships within Reply businesses to deliver effective supplier management solutions and support on contract management and third party supplier topics across multiple work streams, in line with our processes and best practice.
This role is hybrid office based in London (3 days per week) and home based (2 days per week).
Responsibilities
- Undertaking due diligence for prospective service delivery suppliers to Reply’s UK businesses; collecting, checking and storing documentation.
- Being responsible for managing background screenings for named individuals providing services.
- Reviewing documentation relating to IR35 status with a critical, business-minded approach.
- Managing the contract life-cycle; reviewing proposed statements of work, checking all associated documentation is in order, ensuring the signature process is concluded by all parties and stored before services begin.
- Internal business relationships - working with UK, Benelux.
