Role overview: You will be the main point of contact for your clients, building knowledge of their overall business and our work for them. Your main responsibilities include working closely with your team to ensure timely, high-standard work, managing monthly budgets, and recommending channel splits to meet objectives. There may also be opportunities to develop leadership skills and manage junior staff, supporting their career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business, digital needs, and priorities, ensuring all activities meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Collaborate with your account director to enhance the scale, capabilities, and quality of services offered by Threepipe.
- Quality control work conducted by junior team members.
- Brief and manage operational executives to ensure work is delivered to a high standard, on schedule, and within budget.
- Manage budgets according to strategy, ensuring monthly spend aligns with targets.
- Coordinate with suppliers to stay updated on industry developments and pilot new tactics for clients when appropriate.
- Work closely with the Account Director to develop performance and commercial strategies for all accounts.
About the candidate:
- A degree with a minimum of a 2:1 classification, preferably in science, business, or marketing, or participation in an agency internship program.
- 2-3 years managing paid media accounts, working towards client goals on performance or brand basis (preferably both).
- Offers innovative solutions and ideas.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
- Diplomatic, mature, and able to interact effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in research, industry analysis, and communication of findings.
- Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.
- Experience in running and optimizing media campaigns such as PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, offline media is a plus.
- Good understanding of digital channels and environment.
