  • Facilitate architecture and design workshops, acting as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders and supporting key design decisions throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Identify and articulate opportunities to optimise platforms, improve customer and user experiences, and minimise the cost and risk of business and technology change.

About the candidate

  • Proven track record in designing and delivering Salesforce solution architectures in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform (e. g.

  • Solid grasp of solution architecture principles, including conceptual, logical and physical architecture, integration patterns and non-functional requirements (performance, security, resilience, compliance).
  • Experience working within regulated industries such as Financial Services, or sectors like healthcare, defence, utilities or government.
  • Salesforce certifications (e. g. Application Architect, System Architect, CTA) are highly desirable and demonstrate a commitment to technical excellence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to produce clear architectural artefacts, run workshops and influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
