Role Overview:
Our innovative, client-centered approach allows us to create high-quality, scalable applications that make a tangible impact. As we expand our reach, we are looking for a Graduate IT Support Technician to join our international team and help us deliver cutting-edge digital solutions across diverse industries.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong working relationships with clients to retain business
- Liaising with developers on technical queries
- Managing and prioritising all support requests against SLAs
- Communicate updates directly to stakeholders, both internal and external
- Provide support for the internal Canvas team
About the candidate:
- Degree qualified with a minimum of a 2:1 classification in Computer Science or another IT-related field
- You will be comfortable talking with external clients and representing yourself with stakeholders
