We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager / Business Analyst to manage website development projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between our clients and development teams, ensuring project requirements are clearly defined, properly implemented, and thoroughly tested.
Responsibilities:- Lead digital website projects through all phases of the project lifecycle
- Work directly with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Translate client needs into detailed functional specifications for development teams
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain regular client communication
- Oversee QA and testing processes to ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Provide status reports and escalate issues to stakeholders as needed
- Support post-launch activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in digital project management or business analysis
- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Solid understanding of web development processes and technologies
