Role Overview: As a Digital Operations Marketing Executive, you will ensure the digital marketing engine runs reliably and scales efficiently. You will take a hands-on role across HubSpot automation and email, website management and optimisation, SEO, and paid media operations including paid social and PPC with agency support. In parallel, you will help shape digital demand strategy by defining the measurement framework and identifying areas of funnel friction. You will also translate performance insights into prioritised growth initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Own HubSpot administration, including governance, properties, lists, lifecycle stages, and maintaining high data quality.
  • Build, QA, and maintain automation workflows and execute email programs, optimising segmentation, testing, deliverability, and reporting.
  • Manage website and landing page operations, including build, publishing, QA, forms, and conversion paths.
  • Ensure consistent campaign execution across channels, including performance tracking, tagging, and indexing.
  • Manage on-page SEO fundamentals and define and execute an SEO roadmap aligned to pipeline contribution.
  • Act as internal owner for paid social and PPC, coordinating with agencies on targeting, budgets, testing, and performance.
  • Build and maintain full-funnel tracking and reporting frameworks, including tracking standards, data reliability, and performance dashboards.
  • Identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks using data, and support strategy through optimisation priorities, campaign measurement design, and experimentation planning.

About the Candidate:

  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing operations with a hands‑on approach to execution.
  • Strong HubSpot expertise, including workflows, segmentation, email execution, forms, reporting, and governance.
  • Experience managing websites and landing pages with a CRO mindset and strong QA discipline.
  • Solid working knowledge of SEO, including on-page optimisation, technical fundamentals, and measurement.
  • Experience owning paid media operations in collaboration with agencies, including briefing, measurement, and iteration.
  • Strong analytical and operational rigour, with understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, and reporting hygiene.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales/RevOps, IT/development teams, and agencies.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI would be advantageous.
  • Experience with lifecycle stages and lead management, along with basic HTML/CSS for troubleshooting is beneficial.
