Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Content Experience Strategist to play a hands-on role in shaping content across websites and e-commerce platforms. Working closely with the Brand Strategy Director, you’ll help define what content is needed, how it’s structured, and how it supports user needs and brand goals. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, UX thinking, and practical execution. It’s well suited to someone who enjoys doing the work as well as thinking strategically, and who wants meaningful ownership within a small but focused strategy team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of content strategies for websites, landing pages, and e-commerce platforms, including marketplaces such as Amazon.
- Help define content volumes, formats, and priorities across user journeys.
- Contribute to content frameworks, messaging models, and templates.
- Assist in shaping site structures, navigation systems, and information architectures.
- Produce sitemaps and page-level content outlines aligned with UX, SEO, and conversion best practice.
- Work closely with UI designers to ensure content requirements are reflected in layouts and page structures.
- Take part in selected client sessions, contributing content and experience recommendations with support from the Brand Strategy Director.
- Assist with content audits, gap analysis, and quality reviews to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
About the candidate:
- 2–4+ years’ experience in content strategy, UX content, digital strategy, or a related role.
- Experience working on website or e-commerce content projects.
- Ability to create clear, structured page-level content outlines and recommendations.
- Comfortable discussing content and structure with clients and designers.
- Interest in working across a range of industries, including e-commerce and regulated sectors.
- Experience with marketplaces or retailer platforms.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility best practice.
