Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Node.js applications and APIs.

Qualifications
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Expertise in designing and developing scalable microservices with API gateways and service orchestration.
- Proficiency in database management (SQL & NoSQL – e.g., DynamoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a technical team effectively.
- Open to business travel to London on average once a month.
- Good communication skills in English and Polish.
- Nice to have: Experience with GraphQL, and WebSockets.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis Pub/Sub for real-time data processing.
