About Replika
Replika is an AI companion loved by 35M+ users around the world. We’re redefining what it means to connect with technology – emotionally, intelligently, and personally. From mobile to VR, we’re building an experience that feels less like software and more like someone who gets you. We’re scaling fast and taking on bold challenges to become the most human AI on the planet.
About the role
We're launching a new product, new brand, and a hard October deadline. Someone owns what that brand looks like everywhere it shows up. You'll work alongside some of the best agencies in the world on identity and campaign, and you'll be the one who makes sure their work actually lands once it's ours. You'll set the visual identity from nothing, then build and lead the small team that carries it into everything after: social, content, every detail that makes the product feel like a specific thing and not a generic app. You know what's landing on Twitter this week, not last year. Beyond the identity work, you're also building vibecoded demos that get people talking before launch. Fast, rough, and good enough to make the room go quiet. You own the visual side of GTM too: the demos, the teasers, the first things people see before we're even live. You have taste people notice, and you know how to get a team pulling toward the same vision instead of five different ones. This is the kind of brand-from-scratch opportunity most people spend a career waiting for. Small team, huge canvas, no bureaucracy in the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set the creative direction for the brand. Logos, typography, colour, the whole visual language.
- Build vibecoded demos that sell the product before it's real. Fast, rough, AI-assisted, whatever gets the idea across.
- Own the GTM story visually. The demos, the teasers, the first things people see before launch.
- Build and lead the team around you: designers, web designers, content creators. Mentor them, give them real direction, get the best work out of them.
- Direct content across social, starting with Twitter, so the brand's look and voice actually stand out.
- Partner with marketing and product to keep everything the brand touches saying the same thing.
- Keep the brand consistent everywhere it shows up: web, social, product surfaces, anywhere people run into it.
- Manage the moving pieces: deadlines, priorities, the budget you're given.
- Pair up with whoever's writing the brand's narrative and voice, so the visuals and the words move together.
What We're Looking For
- A genuinely strong eye for brand. You've built identity work people recognize without needing the logo.
- Real leadership experience. You've managed and mentored designers before, and people do good work under you.
- Deep fluency in Twitter and social content, right now, not a year ago.
- Sharp with the tools: Adobe Creative Cloud and whatever else modern brand and content work runs on.
- You can run multiple things at once, hit tight deadlines, and manage a budget without losing sight of quality.
- A sharp read on what makes a brand land with people, not just look nice.
- You can pitch an idea to a room and get it approved. Clear, confident, no over-explaining.
Bonus Points
- You've built or led a brand identity from scratch for a consumer product or company.
- A personal following or body of work on Twitter that proves you live there.
- Experience with AI-native or emotionally engaging consumer products.
- A background outside pure corporate design: fashion, media, art, culture.
What You’ll Get
- Competitive compensation.
- Flexible job schedule and generous vacation policy.
- No corporate bs.
- Direct impact on millions of worldwide users within months.
- Push the boundaries of applied AI in a consumer setting.
- Fully remote.
