Role Overview
We’re hiring our first dedicated Marketing Manager, a hands-on, commercially minded B2B generalist who enjoys operating close to the business and directly supporting revenue growth. This is not a narrow channel role. You will own and execute marketing end-to-end, spanning brand, content, social, lead generation, thought leadership, and corporate communications. You’ll work closely with leadership and commercial teams to help position rePLANET with senior decision-makers in complex B2B buying environments. This role suits a marketer who enjoys translating technical, nuanced propositions into compelling narratives, is comfortable juggling priorities, and is motivated by clear commercial outcomes as much as creative excellence. A genuine interest in sustainability, carbon markets, and nature-based solutions is essential — but so is a strong instinct for what resonates with corporate buyers.
What You’ll Do
- Brand & Creative Execution: Own and evolve the rePLANET brand, tone of voice, and messaging for a B2B audience. Lead creative direction across campaigns, storytelling, and client-facing materials. Personally design and produce assets such as pitch decks, investor materials, sales collateral, and thought leadership content. Ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints with prospects, partners, and stakeholders.
- Content & Copywriting: Write high-quality content across the website, blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and proposals. Translate complex carbon, biodiversity, and impact concepts into accurate, engaging, and persuasive B2B content. Build rePLANET’s credibility as a trusted voice in high-integrity carbon markets and nature-based solutions.
- Social Media & Market Presence: Own and execute organic social media strategy across relevant channels. Build awareness and credibility with corporate audiences, industry peers, and partners. Develop content calendars aligned to commercial priorities, launches, and campaigns.
- Lead Generation & Commercial Marketing: Plan and run organic B2B campaigns to attract, engage, and convert corporate prospects. Work closely with leadership and sales to align messaging with buyer pain points, sales cycles, and account strategies. Support events, webinars, partnerships, and outbound initiatives with strong marketing execution. Track performance and continuously optimise channels and messaging.
- Insights, Measurement & Strategy: Use data and insight to improve campaign effectiveness and buyer engagement. Build simple dashboards and track KPIs across content, social, and lead generation. Contribute to go-to-market planning and broader commercial strategy.
Who You Are
- 3–7+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a generalist or standalone role.
- Strong copywriter and communicator, comfortable owning messaging from concept to execution.
- Confident translating complex or technical propositions into clear, compelling content.
- Comfortable working autonomously and owning projects end-to-end.
- Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how marketing supports pipeline and revenue.
- Excited by hands-on execution rather than managing large agencies or teams.
- Passionate about sustainability, climate action, and nature-based solutions.
- Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
Preferred
- Experience in carbon markets, sustainability, environmental services, energy, or complex B2B sectors.
