The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for developing and growing Rephine’s client base in North America, combining new business acquisition with key account expansion. The role focuses on delivering tailored audit, consulting, and training solutions while building long-term, trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders.
Revenue & Account Growth- Achieve and exceed revenue targets from assigned accounts, with consistent year-over-year growth.
- Develop and execute account strategies that demonstrate increased account value, retention, and long-term growth.
- Maintain a highly organised working practice with accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM and ABM platforms (Salesforce / Pardot advantageous).
- Expand existing key accounts, achieving strong revenue growth by years 2–3.
- Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities per account per year.
- Support commercial and marketing initiatives that strengthen Rephine’s market presence.
- Support marketing efforts that build brand awareness, credibility, and market positioning in North America.
You have 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Solutions, or Key Account Management. You have proven success in acquiring new business and/or expanding key accounts. Experience in GMP Third Party Audits, GxP Quality Consulting, or regulated Life Sciences environments is strongly desired. You are confident using CRM & ABM tools, Excel, and data analysis for account planning. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
