- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with high-end customers in the premium foodservice sector, including 5-star hotels, fine-dining restaurants, and gourmet establishments.
- Actively prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and customer visits to expand the client base and drive sales growth in the premium foodservice sector.
- Drive new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
- Promote the company's portfolio of premium food products with expertise and enthusiasm.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to ensure a competitive edge.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
- Prepare and present weekly meetings based on sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the General Manager.
- Actively participate in identifying product ranges to further expand existing portfolio and create a custom offer.
Profile required
- Experienced in conducting high volumes of field prospecting, including face-to-face meetings and direct interactions, to drive new business and expand the customer base.
- Established network in the premium foodservice industry is an advantage.
- Proven experience in business development and sales - 2 to 5 years.
- Passionate about food and knowledgeable about culinary trends is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- You are a person of conviction, known for your strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, open-mindedness, and high level of commitment.
- Confident in phone and face-to-face prospecting, with the ability to persuade and maintain persistent follow-up.
