This is a sales focused role, and we are searching for someone who is confident, professional, and ambitious eager to kick start their recruitment career. The successful person will thrive working in a competitive & fast paced sales environment.
What you’ll step in to:
- As one of our Trainee IT specialist recruiters, you’ll have the responsibility of managing your own niche market.
- You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, networking with your clients and IT professionals within your market.
- You’ll have the ability to earn commission from day one on top of your base salary and receive on the job training and support through our internal training programme, dedicated internal trainer & your team leader.

- You should have previous experience in a sales or customer facing role (minimum 6 months).
- You will be highly motivated and thrive under pressure.
