Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role:
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the entire internal recruitment 'll work closely with our leadership team to plan hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience from initial contact to offer stage. Your work will directly support the growth of both our recruitment consultant and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full internal recruitment process across our various business functions
- Collaborate with the leadership team to define role requirements and create talent pipelines.
- Write, post, and manage job adverts across various platforms
- Source candidates through proactive outreach, job boards, LinkedIn, and internal systems
- Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) and manage interview coordination
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential future hires
- Represent and promote Reperio's employer brand and workplace culture throughout the hiring process
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment (either in an in-house or agency position)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple hiring needs
- Skilled in sourcing and talent attraction techniques across platforms
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and ability to work independently
