Our Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated professional to join our operations team in Belfast, as a Talent Acquisition / In-House Recruitment Manager. In this key role, you will oversee Reperio\’s internal recruitment across the group, managing the end-to-end hiring process and contributing to the growth of our Belfast and international operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Reperio Human Capital, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Recruit for a variety of roles, including prospective recruitment consultants and operations staff.
- Develop and post job adverts, conduct interviews (phone and in-person), maintain candidate records, and build a pipeline of potential hires.
- Utilise social networks, job boards, online CV databases, and pro-active headhunting strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain talent pools for future recruitment needs.
- Provide detailed recruitment reports to senior management to inform decision-making.
- Investigate and utilise alternative sourcing strategies & talent pipeline avenues.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience & success in a recruitment role (agency or internal).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; charismatic and persuasive.
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously.
- Proficient in sourcing candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn and job boards.
- Experienced in pro-active recruitment strategies and talent pipeline development.
- Goal-oriented, target-driven, and able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- IT proficient with strong organisational skills.
- Flexibility to travel to our international offices on occasion (up to three times per year).
