Clare | Permanent | Onsite Our client, a leading electronics manufacturer, is looking for a Junior Electronic Engineer to join its growing hardware team. This is a hands-on, lab-based role working on the testing, validation and prototyping of connected products. Responsibilities Test and validate electronic hardware, including the wireless performance of connected products. Build, assemble and debug prototype circuits and PCBs. Support design validation and EMC pre-compliance testing. Work closely with hardware, RF and firmware engineers in modern R&D labs.Requirements Degree in Electronic, Electrical or Electronic & Computer Engineering. 2-4 years' experience in an electronics or hardware engineering role. Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators or spectrum analysers. Good soldering and PCB rework skills, including small components.Nice to Have Exposure to wireless technologies such as BLE, Wi-Fi, Thread, Matter or Sub-GHz. An RF background is not essential, as training and mentoring are provided. Embedded C or scripting experience.
