Reperio Human Capital is one of Ireland's leading IT recruitment consultancies. We're growing our Belfast team and looking for ambitious, sales-driven people ready to build their own market.
The Role
A commercial, target-driven sales role. You'll win new clients, manage the full sales cycle, and build lasting relationships with businesses and candidates, all with uncapped earning potential and clear progression.
- Winning new business across the tech sector
- Building relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Managing clients and candidates through the full recruitment process
- Managing deals from first contact to close
- Negotiating terms and offers
- Working towards revenue targets in a high-performance environment
What We're Looking For
- A background in sales, business development, or a target-driven role
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Resilience and a competitive mindset
- Comfort working towards KPIs and revenue targets
What's In It For You
- Base salary £26,000 to £30,000 +
- Industry-leading commission scheme - this is uncapped, and is paid to you monthly (Record high being 27k paid in one month!)
