This is a sales focused role, and we are searching for someone who is confident, professional, and ambitious eager to kick start their recruitment career. The successful person will thrive working in a competitive & fast paced sales environment.
What you can expect:
- As one of our Trainee IT specialist recruiters, you will manage your own niche market.
- You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, networking with clients and IT professionals within your market.
- You will have the ability to earn commission from day one on top of your base salary and receive on the job training and support through our internal training programme, dedicated internal trainer & your team leader.
Training & Development

Be in control of your earnings - our uncapped commission structure offers you up to 35%! You will have the power to hugely influence your commission and bonuses.
To be successful:
- You should have previous experience in a sales or customer facing role (minimum 6 months).
- You will be highly motivated and thrive under pressure.
- You should have experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- You will be an excellent communicator who can present to various stakeholders.
- You should be financially motivated.
