Recruitment Consultant Belfast City Centre Reperio Human Capital, a niche IT recruitment consultancy headquartered in Belfast City Centre, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Belfast. This role will best suit someone who is ambitious and eager to learn, professional and who performs well in a fast-paced sales environment. Why Join Reperio Human Capital? You’ll have full autonomy to run your own business, manging the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on one of the fastest growing and most successful industries in the world Competitive basic salaries, starting at £24,000+ (OTE year 1 £35,000-£45,000) Industry leading commission structure, which is completely uncapped and paid to you monthly On the job 1:1 recruitment training and mentoring Performance based progression opportunities and options to work in our international offices High reward environment- you can expect bonuses, paid lunch clubs and exciting travel opportunities. Some team members travelled to Tampa, Nashville and Copenhagen this year!
