The Role

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle for internal positions across our Belfast operation. This includes hiring for recruitment consultant roles and operational support staff.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end internal recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding
  • Write and post engaging job adverts tailored to target audiences
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews, maintaining a professional and candidate-focused approach
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates
  • Utilise job boards, LinkedIn, CV databases, and direct headhunting strategies to source talent
  • Maintain accurate records and provide detailed recruitment reports to Directors
  • Work towards enhancing our employer brand

About You

We're looking for someone enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about recruitment. The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a recruitment role (agency or in-house)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A self-starter who can manage workload independently and meet deadlines
  • Target-driven with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards
