As the HR & Recruitment Lead in Reperio, you will be responsible for the human resource function within Reperio. Your role will focus on generalist HR responsibilities, with the emphasis on shaping the future of the workforce in Reperio and establishing robust approaches to assist in the growth of our business. This role is based in the Reperio headquarters in Belfast, but shall encompass responsibilities which will require the successful individual to undertake generalist HR responsibilities for our US offices, on occasion.
The HR & Recruitment Lead will be responsible for the HR Generalist remit, providing advice and guidance across a range of HR responsibilities. The focus of this role shall also revolve around our Internal Recruitment function, through sourcing prospective employees and providing support in the objective of growing our team in Belfast.
Responsibilities:- Establish robust processes with regards to internal reviews (monthly/yearly performance, probationary reviews etc).
- Lead employee review procedures & lead any formal disciplinary proceedings.
- Assist in development, delivery & implementation of HR Strategy across the Belfast & US offices.
- Manage employee absence (sickness/annual leave etc).
- Assist in the design, development and delivery of learning & development programmes.
- Manage equality monitoring processing & collection.
- Manage existing HRIS and maximise all functionalities, creating a robust systematic approach, which is scalable across our different office locations.
- Use various tools & technologies available to you, to source prospective employees for Reperio.
- Conduct initial phone interviews & onsite interviews for prospective employees.
- Assist in the delivery of any adhoc HR projects, in support of business objectives.
- Act as company Fire Warden & First Aider.
- Degree Educated & CIPD Qualified.
- Minimum 2 years commercial experience in a relevant HR position.
- Experience with Recruitment initiatives and practices (or ideally, experience within a Recruitment Consultant/Talent Acquisition position).
- Strong working knowledge of employment law & HR best practices.
- Experience leading relevant disciplinary proceedings.
- Proven ability in performance management.
- Ability & interest in travelling to our US offices on occasion throughout the year.
- Can demonstrate excellent planning & organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to influence others.
