This is a sales focused role, and we are searching for someone who is confident, professional, and eager to kick start their recruitment career. The successful person will be an ambitious individual who thrives working in a competitive sales environment.

About the role

  • Proactively identify, engage, and assess candidates across your market.
  • High-volume outbound sales activity, including BD outreach, cold calling, and consistent client follow-ups.
  • Get to know your market inside out and build strong knowledge, becoming a trusted go-to partner for both candidates and clients.
  • Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
  • Review CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Present candidates to clients and manage the full process end to end, from sending CVs and scheduling interviews to gathering and sharing feedback.
