Your Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and become a subject matter expert in your niche IT market.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and build strong pipelines of top-tier candidates for current and future roles.

  • Client Development: Generate new business, nurture existing client relationships, and deliver bespoke recruitment solutions.

  • Negotiation & Offer Management: Oversee the offer process, negotiating terms to align client and candidate expectations.

  • Interview Coordination: Organise and manage interview processes, providing consistent communication and feedback throughout.
