Scrum Master Dublin - Hybrid - Permanent Our client is a leading global financial services firm, providing wealth management, asset servicing and banking services to high-net-worth individuals, families and institutions. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support day-to-day delivery across the team. Work closely with Product Owners to keep the backlog prioritised and ready. Help the team plan, track and deliver their work effectively. Identify and remove blockers to keep delivery on track. Manage risks and dependencies, escalating where needed. Provide clear visibility of progress to stakeholders. Build strong collaboration across technical and business teams. Champion Agile best practice and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Experience in a Scrum Master or similar delivery-focused role. A solid understanding of Agile and Scrum practices. Experience supporting cross-functional teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies. Experience working closely with Product Owners. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. A proactive approach to solving problems and overcoming delivery challenges. A Scrum certification would be an advantage.
