Scrum Lead Dublin - Hybrid - Permanent Our client, a global financial services organisation, is hiring a Scrum Lead for its DevSecOps & Cloud team. You'll drive Agile delivery and help roll out DevSecOps and cloud best practices across multiple regions, working with development, infrastructure and architecture teams. Key Responsibilities Lead one or more Scrum teams, some of them offshore or distributed, through complex workstreams Coach teams on Agile values and practices, building transparency and a habit of continuous improvement Work with the Product Owner on release planning and keep the backlog ready to work on Manage dependencies between teams, and clear or escalate anything blocking delivery Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown Encourage modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, test automation and AI adoption What We're Looking For 4+ years' experience in a corporate IT environment, ideally in financial services, insurance or healthcare 1+ years as a Scrum Master, ideally on cloud or DevOps programmes Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe and Kanban, including supporting several teams at once Hands-on use of tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps Strong judgement in spotting risks and knowing when to escalate them Relevant Agile certifications (such as PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master or similar) are welcome.
