We are working with a reputable client to support them in finding an experienced D365CE Functional Consultant, to assist in delivering a CRM transformation project on a long term assignment. The role will involve running requirements workshops with business stakeholders and turn their needs into functional designs, then configure Dynamics 365 CE apps (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and/or Marketing). You'll also design and build Power Platform solutions using model-driven and canvas apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. Alongside this, you'll write functional specs and user stories and work with technical teams on integrations and customisations. You'll support projects through testing, UAT, data migration, training and go-live, and advise clients on best practice so they get the most from the Microsoft stack.
