Reperio has partnered with a company who are looking for a seasoned Director of Software Engineering to lead and shape a high-performance development team while staying close to the code and product. You will operate as a Player/Coach, providing people leadership and technical oversight while cultivating an innovative engineering culture and driving development of market-leading fintech products.

Requirements:

  • Proven track-record as a senior leader in fast-paced technology-focused organisations.
  • Strong hands-on experience, with a particular focus on Front End technologies.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring mindset and approach.
  • Experience influencing product delivery and engineering direction while working cross-functionally across Product, DevOps Design, and QA.
  • Ability to drive Agile development and deliver products quickly and to a high standard.
