Delivery Manager Cork/Kerry - Hybrid An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, hands-on Delivery Manager to join the Platforms leadership team of a well-established Irish multinational's Managed Services division. You'll be responsible for delivering change, enhancement and integration work across a platform estate supporting customer contact and operational services. You will also lead a team of Business Analysts and Systems Integration Specialists. This is a hands-on technical delivery role, not a PMO or governance position. Delivery Manager - Key Responsibilities: Own delivery of platform change, integration and BAU improvement initiatives. Translate platform roadmaps into clear, achievable delivery plans. Line manage, coach and develop Business Analysts and Systems Integration Specialists. Allocate and prioritise technical delivery effort, intervening directly when delivery stalls. Act as the senior escalation point for delivery issues and trade-offs. Work with the Head of Platforms and senior stakeholders on delivery options and decisions.Delivery Manager - Experience Required: Strong, hands-on experience leading delivery in complex technology or platform environments. Proven experience directly line managing Business Analysts, Systems Analysts or similar. Technical, integration or automation experience strong enough to make credible trade-off calls. Experience across both change initiatives and BAU improvement. Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills. CCaaS, CRM, multichannel or AI-enabled platform experience is a strong advantage.
