About the role

  • Actively source, engage and screen candidates within your market.
  • Carry out high-volume outbound sales activity, including BD outreach, cold calling and following up with clients.
  • Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
  • Understand specific requirements of the roles to identify the client's ideal candidate.
  • Review CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Learn your market and build strong knowledge, becoming the go-to partner for both candidates and clients.
  • Present candidates to clients and manage the process from start to finish, sending CVs, scheduling interviews and providing feedback.
