Reperio Human Capital is one of the largest IT recruitment agencies in Northern Ireland, focused on the booming IT market in the Republic of Ireland & the USA. We are currently searching for a highly ambitious, sales driven individual to join us in our Belfast office.

We offer a complete training programme to help you become an expert IT Recruitment Consultant and provide you with the opportunity to take ownership of your own IT Recruitment market.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Use your personality to build long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, whilst providing a bespoke and professional service.
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
  • Using business development techniques, grow your impressive portfolio of clients.
  • Identifying, approaching and sourcing potential candidates through a variety of attraction methods as part of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Building your client and candidate base through attending networking events.
  • Acting as the "go-to" in your business area, developing a specialist knowledge of your market.

Desirable skills and experience:

  • A sales background is highly desirable (6 months customer or client facing experience).
  • Must have a track record of success.
  • The ability or determination to influence people and negotiate with different stakeholders.
  • Must be credible and confident to deal at Senior level with clients and candidates.

Package:

  • Competitive salary and bonuses, industry leading commission (up to 35% of your monthly billing) which is completely uncapped.
  • First year OTE = £30,000 - £40,000, second year OTE £40,000 - £60,000.
  • Genuine opportunities to earn over £100,000 each year.
