We’re looking for a Contract Recruiter to grow our contract desk, working with IT contractors and clients across Ireland.
The role
- You’ll build and manage your own contract desk, sourcing and placing IT contractors while developing repeat business with clients who need contract talent regularly.
- Managing the full Contract Recruitment lifecycle.
- Building and developing new client relationships.
- Managing contract extensions, renewals and offboarding smoothly.
- Managing Contractor relationships and Client accounts.

What we’re looking for
- Experience recruiting IT contractors, or strong transferable 360 recruitment experience with a willingness to specialise in contract.
- Understanding of contract recruitment mechanics: rate negotiation, compliance and contractor management.
- Confident communicator who can build trust quickly with both clients and contractors.
- Comfortable working to targets in a fast moving, high volume environment.
