About the role
- Actively source, engage and screen candidates within your market.
- Carry out high-volume outbound sales activity, including BD outreach, cold calling and following up with clients.
- Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
- Understand specific requirements of the roles to identify the client’s ideal candidate.
- Review CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Learn your market and build strong knowledge, becoming the go-to partner for both candidates and clients.
- Present candidates to clients and manage the process from start to finish, sending CVs, scheduling interviews and providing feedback.
