What You'll Be Doing
- Build your own client portfolio in a niche IT market and become the go-to expert
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process: source, pitch, negotiate, close
- Hit targets, smash KPIs, and see your effort directly reflected in your pay
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike
- Work autonomously while having access to top-notch training and mentoring

- Graduate with 1+ years' sales or customer-facing experience (car sales, B2B/B2C, field sales all ideal)
