The successful person will be someone who thrives working in a competitive sales environment. What you\’ll step in to: As one of our Trainee IT Specialist Recruiters, you\’ll have the responsibility of managing your own specialist market. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and this will require you to network with your clients and the IT professionals within your market. You\’ll have the ability to earn commission from day one on top of your base salary and receive on the job training and support. Why work with Reperio? Expected earnings: The base salary for our Entry Level IT Recruitment Consultant role starts at £24,000, HOWEVER Due to the nature of our role, and the high-level consultative service that we offer our clients and partners, our Recruitment Consultants can expect an extremely lucrative financial package, due to our generous commission scheme.
