We currently have operations in Belfast, Dublin and in the United States (Tampa, Florida). Our team in Belfast is growing, and we are pleased to be hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join us. This is an exciting new role for someone eager to kick-start their recruitment career, working for a well-established organisation where they can expect industry-leading training and rewards.

About the role

  • Actively source, engage and screen candidates within your market.
  • Carry out high-volume outbound sales activity, including BD outreach, cold calling and following up with clients.
  • Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
  • Understand specific requirements of the roles to identify the client’s ideal candidate.
  • Review CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Learn your market and build strong knowledge, becoming the go-to partner for both candidates and clients.
  • Present candidates to your clients and manage the process from start to finish, sending CVs, scheduling interviews and providing feedback.

Requirements

  • Ideally 6 months experience working in a sales environment.
  • You will be able to commute to our Belfast office.
