We're growing our Belfast team and looking for driven people from sales or customer-facing backgrounds. No recruitment experience needed. The Role This is a sales role at its core. You'll own your own niche tech market and run the full recruitment process, from winning clients and sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and closing placements. Training An 8 to 10 week training programme with a dedicated trainer, followed by ongoing mentoring from your team leader and senior consultants.
