The RoleAs an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every stage of the recruitment process while building relationships with technology professionals and some of the leading employers across Ireland. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and engaging IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
- Screening candidates and understanding their skills, experience and career goals
- Building relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to successful placement
- Negotiating offers and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Developing your market knowledge and becoming a trusted recruitment partner
- Working towards individual and team targets within a supportive, high-performance environment
