The role involves managing your own niche market from day one, running the full recruitment process end to end: business development with clients, sourcing candidates, managing interviews, and closing placements. You'll be supported by our internal training programme, an 8-10 week structured course with a dedicated trainer, plus ongoing mentoring from your team leader and senior consultants.
Earnings:
- Competitive base salary, plus uncapped commission up to 35%, paid monthly
- Successful consultants typically earn between £1,000 and £15,000+ in commission per month
- Additional bonus opportunities in your first 6 months, on top of commission
- No cap on what you earn
Progression:
- Progression is based on performance, not time served.
- Targets for moving up are clear from the outset.
