We are recruiting on behalf of a growing Managed Service Provider for an experienced Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer to join their technical team. This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer with proven experience working within an MSP environment, supporting multiple customers across cloud, infrastructure, and networking technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support remotely and on-site
- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalations
- Support and administer Microsoft Azure environments
- Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, switching, and routing
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Deliver infrastructure and cloud projects, including migrations and upgrades
- Work within SLA and KPI targets while maintaining high levels of customer service
