Reperio Human Capital is a leading IT specialist consultancy, headquartered in Belfast City Centre, that focuses primarily on the growing technology market in Ireland and the United States. Our team in Belfast is growing, and we're pleased to be hiring an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join us. This is an exciting new role for someone eager to kick-start their recruitment career, working for a well-established organisation where they can expect industry-leading training and rewards.

You will engage with candidates and conduct initial phone interviews with them. High call volume, this includes cold calling, BD outreach and following up with your clients.
