As a Senior PPC Account Manager at Repeat Digital, you’ll take ownership of paid media strategies across Google, Microsoft and Meta Ads, working closely with our PPC team to deliver consistent, commercially meaningful results for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the strategic side of PPC and the day-to-day optimisation, while also valuing clear processes, realistic expectations and strong client relationships. You’ll have autonomy over your accounts, support from the wider team, and the space to do your best work without being micromanaged.

For the right person, there is a clear progression path into a Paid Media Lead role over the next couple of years, as the agency grows.

What success looks like in your first 3 months

Within your first three months, we’d expect you to be confidently managing your own client portfolio and contributing positively to the team. We’ll support you during onboarding and measure success across:

  • Quality and effectiveness of PPC strategies you create and implement.
  • Ongoing optimisation and performance improvements.
  • Client retention and satisfaction.
  • Client feedback and communication.
  • How independently you’re able to work (with support always available when needed).
  • General feedback from clients and Repeat management.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement PPC strategies across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor, optimise and review campaigns to ensure client KPIs are met.
  • Building great relationships with clients.
  • Report on performance clearly and honestly to clients and Repeat management.
  • Manage and prioritise a portfolio of clients while staying loosely within set hours.
  • Keep internal systems up to date (CRM, Monday.com, Clockify, etc).
  • Stay up to date with PPC and digital marketing developments.
  • Support Repeat’s own marketing initiatives when needed.
  • Assist the sales team with audits, proposals and PPC insights.

  • Knowledge of Google & Microsoft Ads Editor.
  • Experience writing effective ad copy.
  • PPC audits and account reviews.
  • Proposal support and PPC sales input.
  • Client-ready PPC reporting.
  • Advanced Google Analytics knowledge.
  • Conversion tracking setup experience.
  • Resolving ad and account disapprovals.
  • Experience managing and optimising product feeds.
